Although it has changed owners since then, this impressive villa was designed by architect Prieto Moreno to be lived in with his family: 500 m2 of vintage luxury built on two independent floors and southwest facing, with outstanding views to the La Herradura bay.

The MAIN FLOOR is accessed through a Nasrid courtyard adorned with a fountain, irrigation channels, cypress trees and pergolas (north facing for the warm months).
Through the entrance hall we enter a large glassed-in living room with a fireplace and a long covered balcony (which prevents direct sunlight from entering) with spectacular views of Cerro Gordo and the bay of La Herradura.
