TEMPORARY RENTAL (*).
A traditional east-facing house comprising two identical, separate, adjoining flats, a porch with two terraces, a small garden and a large, fully roofed attic with access via external stairs; a 15-metre walk from the iconic Jambiani beach.
INTERIOR. Each flat comprises: a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
EXTERIOR: A porch shared by both flats, each with its own traditional chill-out area. An attic with high traditional ceilings and sea views, ideal for yoga, meditation, games, reading or working online. Small, white, beach-sand garden with mature trees (two coconuts) and plants.
CONDITION: Second-hand home. Basic furnishings. No air conditioning – although this is not necessary given the proximity to the beach. Kitchen with fridge-freezer and two-burner gas hob. No washing machine – although a home delivery service is available. Water is supplied by a well pump, so there is no water during power cuts – which last several hours each week, as is the case all throughout the island.
TERMS: One month’s deposit. Agency fees included. For stays longer than one month, proof of income will be required.
