Situated in Cala del Perro, in the lowest part of Punta de la Mona, you won't need the car to go to the beach or take a stroll through the village: just to do your weekly shopping!
The property is distributed over two floors and has a private parking area as well as a garage, swimming pool and barbecue. With southwest orientation you will enjoy beautiful sunsets and very good natural light inside the house.
