CV. Born in Malaga, I took my first steps in Spain, France and the United States, and very soon decided to settle on the coast of Malaga and Granada. With a multicultural background, my love for my sunny homeland and for people from abroad led me to work in languages, tourism and providing services for foreign film production companies... until one day I discovered the role of estate agent, specialising in the foreign market niche.

VARIOUS REFLECTIONS. After twenty years in real estate, I consider myself a mediator between two forces. On the one hand, there is the local product, its potential, and the interests of its owner, who is usually a national. On the other hand, there is the materialisation of the needs and desires of each new user profile that requests our services and that almost always comes from abroad.

Sometimes I see myself as a helpful, approachable and impartial butler, who enjoys enough trust to ‘close deals by opening doors’, the doors of those houses looking for new residents, thus connecting people from other places with the generosity of our land, Andalusia.

ABOUT US. Formerly known as Campo & Costa, HOMING PEOPLE continues to evolve as an online estate agency. We take great care to clearly present properties for sale and rent that are of particular interest to our clientele, who are mainly foreign nationals and for whom we accept commissions until we find their ideal property.
